space hulk

Games workshop is releasing a new space hulk. It looks pretty sweet!!!! Its going to be $99 USD. It contains a 23-page Rulebook, a 47-page Mission book and 35 finely-detailed, plastic Citadel miniatures, including: 11 Space Marine Terminators, one Space Marine Terminator Librarian, 22 Genestealers, and one Broodlord. and 105 gaming counters, 24 corridors, 10 rooms, eight crossroads, eight T-junctions, six corner sections, four dead ends, four end pieces, 20 doors with plastic stands, one mission status display, and three plastic mission objectives, including: a dead Space Marine on throne, a Blood Angels artefact and a Cyber-Altered Task Unit. Plus a sand timer and five bone-coloured dice unique to this game. so thats a lot of stuff. It is a limited edition so.. if you want it i would recommend pre-ordering.

MOVING

I am moving. My gaming life is about to get a whole lot better. I am moving to Pasadena MD. My house is 5 minutes from the games workshop corporate headquarters and the battle bunker. Which is a GW store that sell forge world and specialist games. Plus its got like 15 gaming tables and weekly tournaments. But it sucks that i will not be able to go to time gate and warfair. O yeah i will be able to go to games day baltimore and GT baltimore.

Timegate! atlanta/warfair

Timegate is coming. http://www.timegatecon.org/ is their web site. It is a doctor who/stargate convention coming to the atlana holiday inn select. May 22-24 2009 it is going to be cool. Check out the website. Tckets are $30 usd for the whole weekend. But kids under 13 are free. Also warfair is coming. Check out there site also http://www.warfair.org/ this is my kind of convention. It is a miniature gaming con. The host hotel for WarFair 2009 will be the Holiday Inn - Chattanooga Choo Choo in Chattanooga, TN. It seems like it is going to be awesome. I hopefully will be playing in their warhammer 40k tournament. but they have tons of different gaming tournaments like
F.O.W, Warhammer fantasy battles, Warhammer 40k, Warmachine, And a nascar miniature game called thunder alley. So those are some con in the atl area coming soon. Man i hope GW has a grand tournament or games day in atl this year.
